Cook for 5 minutes until softened and water evaporates. Then add 1 tbsp butter, cinnamon, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Saute for an additional 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until soft. Set aside until it is time to assemble. Set out your 4 containers for the overnight oats. In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of Bellwether Farms yogurt and 1 cup of milk, Stir until the mixture is smooth. Add oatmeal and cinnamon and stir until well combined.
