7.5 oz Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche
1/4 cup of Bellwether Farms Yogurt
6 oz of sliced smoked salmon
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon zest
2 tsp Fresh dill
Chopped Bagel chips to serve


Add 6 oz of smoked salmon to a food processor, pulsing until salmon is broken down into small pea-sized pieces.

Combine 7.5 oz of Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche, ¼ cup of Bellwether Farms Yogurt, 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of lemon zest, and 2 tsp of chopped dill.

Fold in the chopped smoked salmon until well combined. Serve with bagel chips. Smoked salmon dip will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
