Bellwether Farms Yogurt
1 can Chickpeas
2 Cucumbers
1 pint Cherry tomatoes
⅓ cup Kalamata Olives
1 Lemon
1 tbs Olive oil
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper


  • Roast and season chickpeas
  • Spoon in Bellwether Farms Yogurt of choice
  • Top with chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and kalamata olives
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a wedge of lemon
