Makes one large smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup Bellwether Farms Plain or Vanilla Sheep Milk Yogurt
½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
½ banana
1 date, pitted
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger
scoop of ice cubes
1 cup fresh spinach
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Start on low speed, slowly increasing to high. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
