4-Ingredient Yogurt Flatbreads

1 cup of Bellwether Farms Yogurt A2
2 cup of All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
Olive oil


In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp salt in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix until the ingredients are well combined and a dough has formed.

Lightly flour a clean work surface, and transfer the dough. Knead gently until a ball forms (a few minutes) then cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a cast iron skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cut dough into 8 pieces, and stretch it out before placing in the skillet, browning one at a time. Flip after 2-3 minutes, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Continue cooking the other 3 flatbreads.

Serve on a mezze plate, as a pizza, or as a wrap.
