Fromage Blanc Crostini with Pumpkin Butter, Bacon and Fried Sage

Spread the butter onto the crostini, then the fromage blanc. Sprinkle with bacon and top with a fried sage leaf. This make a beautiful appetizer for the holiday and has the perfect balance of sweet, smokey, creamy and salty.

*Fried Sage - Heat a pan hot with olive oil. Add sage leaf and once it stops popping, remove and let cool.
