I grew up eating this as a sandwich on white bread. One of my favorite things is to put it on my hamburger or eat with a celery stick.
Makes 3 cups
- 1 - 7.5oz tub Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc
- 2 cups grated Bellwether Farms Carmody
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 - 4oz jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- dash of tobasko (optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate. It is best to let it sit overnight for the best flavor.
